SBDC at Columbus State: Fund Your Business with Kiva! A 0% Interest, Crowd-Funded Loan Program

By | December 27, 2021

Session: January 14 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

Join Kiva Capital Access Manager Ellen Harvey for an informational session to learn more about the steps to become a borrower with Kiva.

Kiva is a character-based, community-backed lender. Kiva provides funding opportunities for entrepreneurs who do not fit into the box of traditional conventional financing due to limited collateral, credit challenges, limited investments, or being an early-stage business. Kiva removes those barriers by providing a non-traditional capital alternative.

Kiva loans are 0% interest, up to $15,000. The loans offer 6 – 36 month terms with no late fees or prepayment penalties for paying off your loan early.

Attend this session to learn more about Kiva and how the SBDC assists you in navigating the application process and championing community support.
